We are a Colorado company formed by many years of hard work.
Our owner, Tom, has rented to over a hundred tenants since 2017. We offer well-maintained houses for mid and long-term occupancy to people who wish to take our houses and make them their homes. Our mid-term furnished rentals average a 4.8/5 stars with 50+ reviews, and we've been a Superhost for many years.
Our typical tenants rent for multiple years and we have never had a tenant forced to move because of a foreclosure. We treat our tenants with respect, privacy, and view them as our business partners, and hope they will stay in our homes for life. We also offer houses for sale.
